CurrentIQ Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026 • Legally Binding Educational Agreement

Welcome to CurrentIQ. By accessing or using our website, mock test engines, and digital learning materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, CurrentIQ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all editorial explanations, mock questions, test structures, and flashcards published on CurrentIQ. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial educational study subject to restrictions set in these terms.

You must not:

  • Republish CurrentIQ question bank items or editorial content without explicit attribution and permission.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from CurrentIQ.
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material for commercial tutoring centers without authorization.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or data-extraction tools on our mock test engine or API endpoints.

2. User Conduct & Mock Test Fair Play

Aspirants are expected to use the platform in an ethical manner. When taking the free preview mock tests or participating in leaderboards, any attempt to manipulate timers, inject malicious scripts, or reverse-engineer answer evaluation algorithms will result in permanent disqualification and IP restriction.

3. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

Our website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to external third-party sites (such as official commission portals like upsc.gov.in or tnpsc.gov.in). CurrentIQ does not control the content or policies of these external websites and bears no liability for their practices.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CurrentIQ, nor any of its editors, contributors, or developers, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. CurrentIQ strives for 100% factual precision in all current affairs and answer keys, but does not warrant that test series questions will appear identically in official government examinations.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
